A cataract is a clouding that develops in the crystalline lens of the eye or in its envelope (lens capsule), varying in degree from slight to complete opacity and obstructing the passage of light. Reading Dr. Karen Becker’s post on Colloidal Silver, I stumbled onto a comment from a woman, Sun Wolf Thompson.
I messaged Sun to get more information and she told me the whole story involving her German Shepherd Marley (age 11) and allowed me to share the story with others.
A few years ago when Marley was about 8 or 9, he suddenly started experiencing vision problems. It took only few days, after the onset, going from completely fine, no vision problems, whatsoever, to almost total loss of vision. Marley was running into walls, falling down the stairs and stumbling around. Sun could tell that Marley had some vision, but it was minimum and there was blueish cloudiness. Marley was taken to a vet who besides a basic exam, wanted to do X-ray and meds. Sun refused and searched for alternative options.
Sun’s job at a doggy daycare, had a holistic healing book on pets, and Sun searched eye health. She tried recommended remedies, first, Coenzyme Q10 with no results, then Eye Bright and still no improvement. Worried that the longer Marley was without the right treatment, the less chance she had to save his eyes. Then Sun came across information on Colloidal Silver.
