Safe Deworming – Pupppies, Kittens & adult pets

IT IS IN ANIMALS BEST INTEREST THAT THE DEAD WORMS ARE EXPELLED AS A WHOLE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT WANT TRAPPED PARTICLES OF DEAD PARASITES FLOATING AND ROTTING IN THE DIGESTIVE TRACT. This produces ammonia gases and affects kidneys and liver and making animal sick with different side effects !!! DEWORMING TO BE USED ON PETS UNDER 12 WEEKS OLD

COCONUT OIL

All of us have used COCONUT OIL at some point for constipation for puppies & kittens. It is recommended to use a few drops of coconut oil before there is any constipation issues and here is why… Tapeworms and other intestinal parasites can be eliminated or at least kept at bay with coconut oil. In fact, coconut oil is one of the best natural medicines you can use. It’s loaded with medium-chain triglycerides that help expel parasites from both human & animal body. It’s also high in both lauric acid and caprylic acid, which possess antiviral, antimicrobial and antifungal properties. Humans need to eat four to six tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil daily. DOSAGE FOR PETSNewborn – 4 wk old – few drops mixed in formula4 – 8 weeks old – about 10 drops added to wet food.

YOU CAN GRADUALLY INCREASE THE DOSAGE. REMEMBER COCONUT OIL IS FOOD SO IF YOU GIVE A DROP OR TWO MORE IT WILL NOT CAUSE HARM TO ANIMALS. ULTIMATE DOSAGE IS 1 T spoon per 10 lbs of animal body weight

CHAMOMILE TEA

Chamomile helps prevent and expel both roundworms and whipworms.

Chamomile tea is usually used for any digestive issue in pets & it is known to settle entire digestive tract. In Europe it is given to babies to prevent colic and also given to brand new babies in a bottle to teach them to nurse. However, as many other herbs, Chamomile too has an anti-parasitic properties.

It is very hard to make only 1 tsp of tea which is all it is needed, so I suggest making at least 1/4 cup water to 1/4 tsp herb. Boil 1/4 cup of water on stove (NOT microwave). Remove from stove. Add 1/4 tsp of herb. Cover it & leave covered 2 minutes. Then strain it. Dose kitten as instructed below and drink the rest yourself. I am sure all of use stressed from animal rescue could use herb that also can help with stress before stress damages the heart. Very conservative dose by Dr. Andrew Jones states 1 tsp per 10 lbs body weight. Tiny babies can be safely given 1/3 of tsp of brewed tea in their formula 2 times a day.

RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS

(not salted, nor roasted)

Fresh raw (unprocessed) seeds offer the most powerful benefits. It’s best to grind air-dried, raw seeds to a powder for use as a pet supplement to make them easier to ingest, prevent choking in the smallest animals, and to digest for optimum nutrient absorption.

Raw Pumpkin seeds, freshly ground: Try to grind up pumpkin seeds finely right before feeding vs. grinding them several days in advance. If you grind them in advance, keep them in a sealed container in the freezer and take out a day’s portion right before feeding. You don’t want moisture to enter the seeds. The seeds need to be raw, not baked and salted.

Raw pumpkin seeds have full range of benefits, from nutritional to healing for both humans & pets. Pumpkin seeds have been proven to be a fantastic source of nutrients and healing properties. Your entire family can benefit from eating fresh, raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds, including pets in moderation. Positive results have been reported in dogs, cats, horses, some bird species, chickens, fish, rabbits and gerbils.

Pumpkin seeds – Benefits for pets:

  • An anti-parasite treatment (natural dewormer) for intestinal parasites like tapeworm. Cucurbitin is one identified active component that works through paralysis of the parasites, which allows them to be eliminated naturally. Vitamin A in pumpkin seeds is said to increase resistance to parasite larvae.
  • A digestive system ‘tonic’ that supports healthy digestion and soothes the digestive tract.
  • It has high fiber and water content which can help with constipation
Relieves diarrhea by absorbing the excessive water
It contains the amino acid cucurbitacin, which paralyzes tapeworms and other intestinal parasites
  • The beta-carotene antioxidant helps slow the aging process
  • It contains plenty of zinc, which helps improve the quality of their coat
  • Pumpkin can help with hydration, as it is about 90% water
  • Supports urinary health with its fatty acids and antioxidants
  • It helps remove hairballs in the intestine and passes them through the digestive system

PUMPKIN SEEDS

PUMPKIN SEEDS ELIMINATES TAPE WORM, ROUND WORM, WHIP WORM, HOOK WORM & MANY OTHERS ! While pumpkin seeds are very nutritious for humans and pets, they are worm’s worst enemy! These are able to kill eggs, and they contain a natural fat that is toxic to parasite eggs. Curcurbitin in pumpkin seeds has shown anti-parasitic activity, since it has the ability to paralyze worms so they detach from the intestinal walls and pass out of the digestive tract.

This process of worm elimination can last anywhere from as little as a few hours to a day or two, or a little longer is infestation is severe. Chinese scientists used pumpkin seeds to treat acute schistosomiasis and tapeworm infestations in humans. Many parasite formulas contain pumpkin seed, but it doesn’t do much in just a few capsules. Grind in coffee grinder and add to pet wet food. Grind up pumpkin seeds and add to the wet food…

Feeding whole, raw pumpkin seeds, ground into a fine meal and added to each meal (one-quarter to one teaspoon, depending on animal’s size), is thought to irritate the worms, causing them to loosen their hold and pass out of the digestive tract.

There is really no exact dosage. Remember you are not using poison you are using food ! So it will not harm your pet in any way ! So why would anyone in their right mind go and buy poison for their pets one for tape worm other for this worm another for that worm… when pumpkin seeds work on all worms and work so well !

Notes of Caution:  Feed sparingly, a little goes a long way. Feeding a large amount may cause digestive upset.  If a pet has any digestive issues after eating pumpkin seeds, discontinue use. While there is a negligible risk of hypervitaminosis from eating whole foods as part of a balanced diet, it’s something to be aware of when feeding supplements containing Vitamin A (such as pumpkin seed oil).

DOSAGE

Add to pets wet food according to below dosing…

Tiny babies up to 5 lbs 1/8 Tsp 3 x daily for 20-3 days

Fur babies 5-10 lbs 1/4 Tsp 3 x daily for 2-3 days

If your pet is still expelling worms continue feeding pumpkin seeds until you no longer see parasites in their poop.

There is really no exact dosage, so use the above guideline. Remember you are not using poison you are using food, so it will not harm your pet in any way ! So why would anyone in their right mind go and buy poison for their pets when this works so well!

USE PUMPKIN SEED REMEDY ALONG WITH PARSLEY WATER… RECIPE BELOW

PARSLEY WATER

Parsley water can be used for puppies & kittens under 12 weeks of age

Wash & cook bunch of parsley (about 1 to 2 inches thick at stems) in a quart of water for 3 minutes. Throw away the parsley. You may need to cut up parsley in order to get it under water. Drain and throw away the parsley. After cooling, you may freeze in ice cube tray. This is a month supply. Unfreeze 1 cube (1 table spoon) per day, per pet and add to their food. You don’t have to watch it go down. Whatever amount is eaten is satisfactory. You can also give via dropper.

NEVER GIVE ANIMALS ICE CUBE OR COLD WATER ! NOT GOOD FOR THEIR KIDNEYS & CAN SEND THEM INTO ACUTE KIDNEY FAILURE !

All dosages are based on a 10 pound (5 kilo) cat or dog. Double them for a 20 pound pet, etc.

All Pets are so full of parasites, you must be quite careful not to de-parasitize too quickly. The purpose of the parsley water is to keep the kidneys flowing well so dead parasite refuse is eliminated promptly. Pets get quite fond of their parsley water. Perhaps they can sense the benefit it brings them.

PARSLEY WATER IS TO BE USED IN ADDITION TO PUMPKIN SEEDS.

IN CASES OF COCCIDIA & GIARDIA GSE…

What is the traditional veterinary treatment for coccidia or giardia?

Traditional coccidia or giardia veterinary treatment consists of giving Albon (aka Sulfadimethoxine), Flagyl (aka Metronidazole), or Marquis (Ponazuril) for 10 to 14 days. In some cases, numerous 10 to 14 day treatment cycles are needed. Since neither Albon, Flagyl, or Marquis treatment actually kill coccidia or giardia protozoan, they are not always effective.
