CLAY POULTICE – PREPARATION & APPLICATION
Poultices are little masses of material, in this case clay, wrapped in clean cotton or muslin.
Mix desired amount of clay with cool spring or purified water to make a thick paste
Apply a layer of paste with a wooden or plastic spoon about 2 inches bigger than the area to be treated
Leave it alone until the clay pulls away from the skin. This indicates that the treatment is finished
Repeat daily until healed
